Jon Labraaten

Jon Labraaten is the founder and owner of Team Member Hire (TMH), a done-for-you recruiting service built specifically for insurance agencies.

Before launching TMH in 2022, Jon spent nearly two decades at State Farm, including more than 16 years running his own agency — experience that gives him a firsthand understanding of what agency owners need from their teams.

TMH specializes in sourcing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates so agents interview only high-quality fits, with a focus on culture fit, reliability, and long-term retention.

Jon holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Bemidji State University and lives in Bemidji, Minnesota.
