Andrew Filar

Andrew Filar started in insurance in 2013 as a producer at a State Farm agency, working internet leads. He spent nearly a decade at one of the largest captive insurance agencies in the country, eventually becoming CEO. In 2018, he co-founded Peachy Insurance in the Atlanta area. He built it from nothing to over $45 million in annual premiums. In 2023, Peachy made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America.

In 2023, he co-founded Next Call Club (NCC) with Peter Godley and Danny Trejo. NCC provides lead generation, telemarketing, and sales training for captive insurance agents. Andrew serves as CEO of Peachy and Managing Partner at NCC. His day-to-day focus is product, growth, and public presence through social media and speaking.

Off the clock, Andrew bounces between too many hobbies. Right now that includes cooking on his pellet smoker, hiking, Formula 1, skateboarding, and lifting weights.
